The Centerton Village community features two, four-story elevator buildings. There are 103 affordable apartments for families and designated apartments specifically for qualified veterans. All apartments have full kitchens complete with a dishwasher, living and dining areas, full baths, large bedrooms, and energy efficient appliances. Community features include a community room, on-site laundry, fitness center, case management, playground, and a rooftop deck.
Centerton Village is in a perfectly convenient location just minutes from Route 295, Route 3, Rowan University, The Funplex, Wegmans, Target, COSTCO, and Virtua Medical Center. It is also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the YMCA.
The Michaels Organization offers its residents the unique opportunity to apply for college scholarships, offered through the Michaels Organization Educational Foundation. The nonprofit Educational Foundation has helped thousands of Michels residents achieve their dreams of higher education. All Michaels' residents are eligible to apply and may reapply each year of their undergraduate education.
